Disappointing

Disco. The place does not look like a 4 star hotel. Also, the staff are not honest. Would not trust.

Good overall experience. Would stay again.

Clean, I felt safe. I left my toothbrush and toothpaste at home, they provided them for free.

The AC wasnt as strong as I would have like it to be. Granted, I like it very cold when I sleep.

This hotel offers excellent customer service and to me thats the most important thing!

Great customer service especially Paul at front desk and Felix housekeeping is excellent and everybody is so nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Property could use some sprucing up.. I think they are working on that as I noticed some hallways have been updated since I was here last year.

AC not working. thermostat was 77-78 the whole time it was uncomfortable to sleep since the room felt like an oven.

Superb

A comfortable and clean place to stay.

The breakfast was better than a continental. Other places are within walking distance.

We had to ask for maintenance for some minor issues, but these were resolved.
