Great facility but a better service from the staff would have made the stay perfect.

Facilities, restaurant.

We chose this hotel due to great reviews on the stuff. The reception staff was not so kind and service oriented as expected. The room size was smaller than expected. There was a lot of noise in the reception. The room was very nice and well equipped but the coffee kit didn't include an option of tea. And... When I requested an extra towel I got a dirty towel with holes....

Very small room, and somewhat limited lobby and access for socializing. Quite expensive for the room you end up with.

I will recommend only this hotel in this country. I tried 5 stars before, but INK much better

The room is very clean and good, the hotel new, not broken furniture as in other hotels. The receptionists very professional and help to solve any issues. Also the breakfast really nice. In this city I think this hotel is the best choice.

The bed is very nice, the size big and comfortable, but in general, I like more harder mattress

Very new hotel in a perfect location (next door to Carmel market, 10 minutes on foot from the beach and Rothschild boulevard). Excellent breakfast, pleasant roooftop.

The room might be a bit small for two people.

I need to say the location was good, and staff communicated efficiently via text.

I had a higher expectation by seeing good review, but in fact I don't think I get what it worth for the money I paid, compared with many other very hospitable places I stayed on this place. Coffee pods were not replaced in the second night, and wifi kept cutting off. With this price, breakfast is often included in other hotels.

A fabulous stay!!!!

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were always so helpful and happy. The rooms were perfect and everything was super clean. I would absolutely stay at the Ink hotel again

Not so much that I didn't like it, but the amount of food served at breakfast was almost too generous! We felt bad for leaving it, but there was no way we could eat it all.

Great boutique hotel in Tel Aviv

Ink hotel has great location - on the quiet street within walking distance from many tourist attractions. Breakfast was incredible- one of the best I have ever had. Super friendly people, ready to help with every small thing you need. Very comfortable and quiet room.

Superb

A most comfortable return to a classy and regular stay - always consistent .

The hotel is in a side street with ready access (and within a very short distance )to a thoroughfare road (Allenby ) and a " high street " . Considering the sophistication of the hotel it is surprisingly homely . Nothing is too big or small an ask .

I drink lot of coffee and want more regular replenishment pods - :)
