- Dirty, hygiene problem - No soundproof - No fan, even it is there but is not functioning - Cant prevent leaking in the bathtub - Refrigerator is dirty - Water heater got problem, sometimes hot sometimes cold - The parking place quite dark - One of the remote is not functioning and the sound is too soft, since they limit the TV's sound

There is nothing good about the building nor the appartements. Booking,com has to take this property off there website. It is falling apart.

Dirty building, reminds on a building site. Corridors leading to the rooms are dirty, doors are without handles, looks scary as if the building will be demolished very soon. Elevators are very shaky. The security-door key system only allows you on your floor. If your children or other members of your group staying on a different floor, you cannot reach them, Second key cards are not being handed out. Rooms are dirty and moldy, sockets hanging out of the wall, dishes are not properly cleaned. Stains on bed linen and iron board, extra bed linen for third child was missing, so were all towels. Shower is leaking, shower door does not close properly which causes flooding in the bathroom. No drainage for water and the flush for the toilet is also broken. We were a party of 7 people, renting out 3 Studios. Same story in all rooms.

Room B15-20. The toilet smelly, slippery. Bidet leaking. Hot shower can use 2-3 mins only after that tripped circuits breaker. I booking for large bed/ queen or king bed but i got 2 single bed that attached and the bed slightly move and have space in middle. Its dangerous for a baby. The television channel is lagging, fews sec only can watch. Haiyaaaaa please fix it laaa

My experience

The bathroom was fine and clean.

The floor felt sticky, the wall outside the bathroom was peeling off, there wasn't any soap and cloths in the kitchen and the hallway had a bad odor. We also booked the place for 3 people but there was only 2 towels available.

Need to touch up the room especially exterior of bathroom wall got peel off paint due to waterproofing issue. Floor clealiness need to improve. Need to pay RM6 per car park entry. So you enter twice a day, then you need to pay twice.

Clean, location, staff at reception good.

I request for queen bed, but i get a 2 single beds joined together. There is no facility to wash tools in the kitchen (soap&sponge). Person on chat is cheat for question about tv. He said internet connect with tv, but its not.. its not like photo at advertise.. very dissapointed for my holiday.
