The Imperial Hotel Tramontano is praised for its unbeatable location with amazing views of the sea and easy access to Sorrento town. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast is a (Read More) good spread. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but it adds to its charm. The hotel has its own elevator down to the beach and a pool as an alternative. Some guests mention thin walls and adjoined rooms being less private. Overall, it's a clean and well-located hotel with stunning views.

Very good

The breakfast is very nice. The restaurant has a brilliant view and the service is good.

It will be convenient for people who need hot water if the room is equipped with an electric kettle or at least customers can borrow one from the hotel. Anyway we got hot water from the restaurant.

Superb

The view was stunning. We overlooked the Bay of Naples. The food was some of the best we had in Italy.

Parking was a bit chaotic since there is only one narrow driveway.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

Room with a great view. Beautiful hotel with convenient services.

Trouble opening the room door with the key. Required an attendant to fix it. Only a minor inconvenience.

Good location - close to everything and incredible view.

Rooms were dirty - dust and scraps on the floor upon arrival We were paying for the deluxe suite ($600/night) and still had to pay for a water daily The deluxe suite also doesnt have a balcony however you can pay less and receive a balcony in other rooms Staff members were not friendly nor helpful Air conditioning in room could not be controlled and rooms got very hot at night Wifi did not always work Shampoo, conditioner, etc was not provided daily only once in our 3 night stay leaving us without items to shower with Overall would pay the same to be at a higher class resort with better amenities - definitely not a 4 star property

Top notch Italian experience, highly recommended

This hotel was amazing. It had the best most central location to the city center. The views were breathtaking. All the staff were always helpful and polite, making sure the experience was top notch. The breakfast and staff were the best I had in Italy. The concierge was extremely helpful in securing reservations

Nothing, it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without any reservation. It does not have a fitness center, but not sure that should impact the decision
