We paid for a 3 room bedroom 2 adults 1 child, but we got a "catre" and a regular bed size

I expected more for the price.

The staff was always happy to bring support. The location is next to metro Juarez and two squares from the Alameda central

The room has very very por ventilation, bathroom has none. Air condition didn't worked very good. Elevators are insuficient for the amount of levels and rooms the hotel has. One would expect more for the price.

Need to improve many things

The morning receptionists were very helpful also the manager

Rooms were old and need absolutely to be restructured also bad smelll inside. The evening and night receptionist were not professional, tried to let me pay more and night receptionist was really not polide at all
