Tidy, clean, everything feels new. Breakfast was amazing

There was a sound bar that wasnt connected to the TV The hotel gives more importance to the restaurant hour rather than the pool hours. At 5 pm, theres still sun, and they close the pool

The place to stay in Miraflores

I booked this hotel for one night only after a long flight from London to Lima as I needed a good night's sleep. When I was asleep (around 9.30pm) I was woken up by a hoover next door and a drilling noise in the bedroom above mine. ...I was not too happy about this so I made the staff and hotel manager aware and they kindly sorted it all out for me - they were all amazing! If you're a morning person and love a very good breakfast this is the place to stay. A walk after breakfast in this lovely neighborhood is also a great way to start the day The bedrooms are also stunning and mine even came with a very handy yoga mat. There's a great gym/spa and a pool with some gorgeous views and better cocktails : )

Great location, beautiful hotel, disappointing customer service.

The location was incredible, the hotel itself was modern and comfortable and very well thought out. Overall the staff was pleasant and warm. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, and showers were great.

When I booked this hotel, I booked a double classic and selected the option for a king bed as I was traveling with my husband. There was no option to book a guaranteed king of any kind either on Booking.com or even on Iberostars own website. Ive never had an issue with booking a room and requesting a king bed in this type of setting, however when we arrived, we were put into a room with two queen beds. When we brought it up with the front desk we were told that king rooms were not guaranteed and that they would do what they could to move us to a room with a king bed that day. We did not have any follow up that day from anybody and it was not until the second day of our stay when we went downstairs ourselves to inquire that we were finally moved into a different room with a king bed. We really only stayed two nights total as our third night that I booked involved us leaving at midnight for our flight so this was very disappointing that only one night was in the room type I booked. I also tried contacting the hotel through their customer service support on Booking.com on the first day and on the morning of the second day prior to going to the front desk and while I had received a reply for a prior question from Andrea Martinez, I was completely ignored these two times. There was zero acknowledgment of the fact that we were not receiving what we were expecting in the booking and in fact were told well, this is a double classic, there are no guarantees as if there was any way to know this or mitigate this. We are very understanding and had it not been framed as something we shouldve done differently or had there been any acknowledgment of this being an inconvenience, even something as simple as a complimentary drink at the bar, I dont think I wouldve been as miffed by it. I feel that the customer service in this regard was very lacking.

Brand new, top comfort in the heart of Miraflores.

Very comfortable, brand new hotel, and staff was super helpful (Giancarlos was a saint!). We stayed there three times during our trip and always looked forward to getting back there.

Overall positive but staff could have been a bit more attentive.

Modern and very well maintained hotel. Very clean rooms with daily replenishment of all thats needed.

While the location is in the affluent and safe area of the city, it was far from the historic center and the immediate area is not very interesting.

The hotel was wonder and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great and rooms clean and comfortable. Would stay again! Filtered water available on each level too!

The area. Very easy to walk anywhere. Restaurants in hotel were phenomenal. Staff friendly. Would come again

Actually it was great. We did inquire about no hot water first day. Was told we werent turning lever to left which we were. There is something wrong with the installation of the Kohler knob. You turn it all the way to left sometimes it come out hot then turns cold. Room 1001
