Ideal location, ease of access and cosy

Staff were lovely, bed was so comfy, slept amazing! Food was fabulous, a bonus having Wylde beside it, you can wander in before checkin

Room was grey and the window was to the back, would prefer a room with a view next time. I would request this when booking

Terrible Value for Money/Dirty Room

Location

When you charge 200 euro a night for a hotel room then certain standards should be met. The room was extremely basic and dirty. Several metal hair clips were on the ground from the previous person staying in the room. The throwover blanket on the bottom of the bed had stains on it. And several dirt stains throughout the room. Photos of the Hyde gin bar are displayed on the booking but the difference in the hotel and bar are night and day. They are nothing alike and this leads to an extreme let down when seeing the hotel room when you know how nice the bar is.

Nice

Great location, very clean, fabulous people at front desk, and very comfortable beds.

Very warm in room, even with radiators off. We needed to keep window open at night which meant we were kept awake with noise. Bar/restaurant wasnt inviting, there wasnt a comfortable place to sit and relax, it was nice, and a nice place to eat but not to relax and socialize
