Very good

Location. Very good access to beach. Nice view if you stay in a room facing ocean. Decent breakfast : omelette, miso soup, guava juice etc. Warm hearted and kind staff.

Pool sucks. Too small. Some amenities were not ready in time. One of the receptionists was unkind and bad at math.

This was an amazing resort and entertaining to guests.

The location was exceptional and beautiful view of the beach, which it was right across the street. Easy access to everything including the shops and restaurants.

Didnt have any negative thoughts about property.

Comfortable, clean room in a very good location

Comfortable bed. Excellent view from balcony looking over the beach and down towards Diamond Head. Location directly across from Waikiki beach meant swimming was quick and easy.

Asked for early check in but was denied. We sat around for hours waiting for the room to be available after a long flight from Australia. You could have done better considering the price we paid for our stay! Shower over bath is from the old days and is an accident waiting to happen as it is slippery and uncomfortable. Most modern establishments now have a separate shower that is walk in and safe.
