Good conference hotel in Santa Clara

The property is conveniently connected to the congress centre- great for work trips. Would not recommend to leisure. The rooms are clean.

The interior of the hotel is quite dated.

Disappointing

Great location, room was awful and the maids came and knocked on the door at 8:30AM, way too early

The thermostat didn't work and slept cold all night. the water barely came out of the bath.

We come every year and hope to continue, as long as we see some advancements here :)

Clean and great location. Friendly service.

No continental breakfast. Never got chrome cast tv working even after 2 engineer visits.

Disappointing

It was okay . It was near the stadium so it was perfect .

It was walking distance to the stadium and the rooms are very large .

The women who checked me in was extremely rude, she acted like she had better things to do than assist me . I did not get the same information that was given to the people next me from the other staff member. It was very disappointing. No customer service at all !! Also the shop was never open and did not match the hours provided.

Superb

Overall, my stay was good. I would definitely stay here again to attend another 49ers game.

It was nice and comfortable. I love the location being that it was within walking distance to Levi Stadium.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking despite being a guest at the hotel. I did not like that breakfast was not included with the room purchase. I also did not like how expensive the breakfast buffet being offered cost.

I did not stay here because of a botched reservation!

I have a confirmed reservation for this day. Your company confirmed my reservation. My credit card was charged for the stay. When I went to check in they said that I do not have a reservation. The staff was very short to me, almost rude, and not helpful at all. I already called your customer service and I am supposed to get my refund between x amount of business days. Your customer service tried to make it right for me and even gave me a travel credit. It is unfortunate because I did not have a place to stay that night and I live 3.5 hours away. So I was left to worry about my accomodation instead of enjoying the 49rs game.
