The room was nice.

So many things I did not like. we asked the receptionist where we could get food from and she gave us menus for outside places you had to order from. after we ordered food. We found out they served food in the bar. Had two Rooms but had to cancel one because my mom Is having health issues and instead of being an easy process. I kept getting the run around for cancel in my mom's room. And they finally agreed a couple days before our arrival not to charge for that room. But it took me months to get them to agree. Because booking.com never got a call back from the hotel.

Exceptional

Great location - 5 min walk to shops and eateries, including a huge supermarket with everything you could possibly need - including hot food service. Also close to a Trolley stop - the Trolley is a free bus that travels along the beach strip to a huge shopping mall and back again. If you like walking, 20 mins walking will get you into a river walk which is delightful - and includes a free water Trolley service. The pool was great, a nice bar and great options for breakfast. Staff were excellent and we were able to check in 3 hours early which was fantastic. We were able to walk from Cruise Terminal 2 to the hotel in 20 mins so very handy. Also just a short taxi ride to the airport.

The name Hyatt has been diminished in our mind i.e. not all Hyatts are superb.

Breakfast good. Room spacious. Location close to airport, cruise ports. Hotel is near shopping plazas and restaurants (within walking distance).

Facilities outdated that need some reno because of its age. One of the two elevators not working during our stay. Breakfast needs variety (i.e. same everyday) even though it's good.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good location 4 short term stays, improvements yes.

Early check-in by friendly and helpful staff greatly appreciated. Also helpful at other times. Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows, shower towels, O.K. Coffee making facilities with sink, but no wipes to clean up. Refrigerator but noisy motor. Close to nearby shopping Centre and short walk to nearby restaurants. Suitable for 1-2-night stays. Paid airport shuttle.

Design of bedrooms could have been better. Poor variety of TV channels, little option re movies apart from pay-per-view. Reasonable breakfast options, juice, cereals, eggs, waffles, fruits, muffins and breads. A little chaotic on the Monday, school holiday period, when breakfast room ran out of knives and spoons and bacon for half an hour. I had to eat cereals with a fork. Noisy exhaust fan in bedroom next door. Safety deposit box at floor level not acceptable. Light over bathroom mirror inadequate.

overall the stay was good even though the price was Hugh for a hotel that is starting to age

the food on offer was good and the location was the main factor in choosing this hotel.

The room was very nice the bed was good and the staff were very nice. You just need a restaurant.

The only problem is that there is no real restaurant there that little bar that sells meatloaf for hamburgers does not cut it for a nice hotel you really should fix that
