Great room in a convenient location for a decent price.

Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower (and bath), great breakfast -- the breakfast buffet was especially good; a cut above what we usually find at this level of hotel, and the "breakfast lady" was particularly helpful and friendly.

This is a nit-picky thing, but the key cards for the room were super temperamental, requiring multiple swipes to work (one time my husband and I counted, and it took 60 swipes to register!

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Parking and single entrance isnt ideal. Young woman checking me in seemed annoyed she had to get off the lobby sofa when I walked in.

Limited options, coffee was burnt

Cold shower night one No ice and they told US to go BUY some Check in staff was RUDE, it was as if you were wasting their time simply by checking in, never even greeted us or asked if we had any questions. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced

Inexpensive, clean but will not stay again.

Comfortable bed

Chair, in room very uncomfortable, Luke warm water our first night, no TV guide, girl at front desk was miserable, we asked for ice because the machine was broken and she told us to go buy a bag!!room 301 was very noisy from the highway, Breakfast very minimal. My son in law was with us and had no choice for gluten free other than cheerios, but he is also lactose intolerant. Unfortunately, it will be our last time here.

It was close and by breakfast places. .

Room was a little smelly. It was a little loud since itnwas on a highway. We booked a room with a king bed and they gave us a queen bed. The front desk was not willing to change it.
