Great location, nice place.

The room was great (loft on 12th floor). No plugs next to the bed and no bed side lamps so that was a little inconvenient. Nice view, clean space and beautiful. We also love the location! Walking distance to old Montreal, Place des Arts, and many other amenities.

No bathroom on the first floor.

I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC and the hotel staff knew it

The morning after our first night at the hotel, I asked if my room temperature could be increased since the room was cold and I wasn't able to increase the temperature in the thermostat. The person at the reception then checked my room and told me the AC was broken by looking at the screen information. This was the same person that gave us in that room the previous night. Why would the person at the reception put us in a room with a broken thermostat if the hotel database showed that the thermostat in that room didn't work?

Superb

Nice, safe and close to everything.

The hotel is very friendly. The service at the reception is top notch and the restaurant is professional :) I would like to warmly greet the Frenchman from the reception and the bartender who cares about the health of customers :)

Unfortunately, the cleaning service doesn't try hardsometimes...
