Modern design hotel with a great vibe next to Sunnega / Gornergrat lifts

Great hotel, with nice design, friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff.

the night light sensor in the room was apparently working improperly, switching on and off all the time, as i was walking in the room, which was making some trouble for my partner who was trying to sleep at that time. Generally, the room is not really designed for a couples having non-synchronised schedule. Though considering overall experience, it was rather a minor flaw. generally, our stay was quite pleasant.

Highly recomended!

Very nice cozy hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Feel like home. Breakfast was so good and good value of money. They also have shisha :)

Amazing, cant wait to come back!!

Amazing hotel in Zermatt! The staff were brilliant, especially Norberto and Amanda! They even gave me a gift (some luxury slippers) as we were on our honeymoon!! Which I absolutely love!! Central location, 5 min walk from Zermatt train station, superb views of the Matterhorn, tasty food, hot tub was lovely. We will definitely be back one day. Thanks again guys for an excellent stay xx

The only thing was the bed, it was 2 singles so this was slightly annoying, definitely recommend changing to a double bed and then it would be perfect!!

Very nice view, large room equipped with sauna and hot tub in the room, very friendly staff

The roof of the balcony the hot tub was in had a small problem and wouldnt close fully so it was a bit cold but once you were in the hot tub you couldnt feel a thing. Also they provided breakfast and dinner for free for the inconvenience which was very nice. Other than this no other issues

Amazing hotel, gorgeous friendly staff, amazing view and location. One of the best views in Zermatt

This hotel is 10/10. The view was out of this world. Rooms are gorgeous and so cosy. Staff were amazing - nothing was an issue and so friendly and helpful. Location is very central and right beside a ski lift. The room with the balcony was so worth it to wake up to the most amazing view every morning. Bar is gorgeous for some drinks and food. Ski storage area also so you are not dragging gear to your room.

I cannot fault this property - it was amazing!!

The view from the fourth floor balcony room was absolutely breathtaking. We could walk out onto the balcony and watch the sunrise hitting the Matterhorn. It was close to the Main Street, but still quiet at night.

It did not have central air. We did not need it for our stay (November), but it would be uncomfortable to not have circulating air during the summer months.
