The Tasso Suites & Spa is highly recommended for its accommodating and helpful staff, convenient location near Piazza Tasso, and comfortable rooms. Guests enjoyed the spa experience and found the roo (Read More)ms to be nicer than expected. Some noise from the hallway and inability to adjust the air conditioning initially were minor drawbacks, but overall, guests were happy with their stay and would consider returning.

Excellent location and modern room, but disgusting hygiene conditions

Room is quite modern, location is fantastic, breakfast is good and personnel is kind.

The room was extremely dirty. There were stains (possibly blood) on the toilet, some toothpaste left at the back of the sink in the bathroom, and there was an old tea with mould in it left from previous guests, which was utterly disgusting. There were also stains on bed sheets. I think the hotel is not safe from the hygiene point of view.

Nice Apartment nearly Sorrento center.

The Apartment is a part of a hotel that is close to the city center. We can walk to the shopping and the Michelin Star Guide restaurant beside the hotel as a neighborhood ,Love this restaurant.

Perfect location literally 30 seconds walk from the main square in the old town. Really helpful staff and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the bistro! Large room and really nice staff.

Great loacation and very comfortable rooms

Great location that offers valet parking for only 20 Euro. Staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Extended my 3 night stay to 4 nights. First room was very small, but comfortable. Suite was much nicer and a great room for a family of 4.
