The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. The bed was hard as a rock.

Superb

Very good value for money!

Excellent place to crash for a couple of nights right by the madness of Chadni Chowk, yet very quiet and civilised.

Room service was way overpriced. Wifi was almost non-existent.

Its away from main road. Even the luggage you have to carry yourself to hotel. No car can reach the main entrance

We only stayed in this hotel for one night, but we would recommend this hotel, very well placed in Chandni Chowk, good v

Staff are the best part.hotel is fine if you want to be in old Delhi and have realistic expectations

Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The location is handy to old Delhi sights (although you have to go down an interesting alley to get to it)

Would not recommend if you are a solo traveller, or arriving late at night as old delhi area is quite 'rustic' You get what you pay for - if you want a comfortable shower and new mattress you need to spend more. This place is good value compared to a backpackers , large private room with room service and great staff, but nothing fancy

My family stayed about 4 years back & really enjoyed. But now it is not good value of our Money.

Quick service Cooperative staff House keeping

Very old & damage sanitary & plumbing fittings . Outdated & damaged split AC. All electric appliances & sanitary/plumbing fittings needs immediate upgradation .

Disappointed

They Provide any types of Breakfast nor they tell any facilities regarding this and I am fully disappointed. They charged me very higher prices compare with locals. They make sounds around me on the middle of night also. I suggest booking.com must remove this hotel from their list because of its lower quality of maintenance of lift and other service also. Toilet is terrible.

very pleasant stay - we come again!

The stuff was super sweet and professional. Whatever you need, they provide. 24 hours Room service super fast and super delicious

Just a little thing: the way to the hotel through a small narrow dark street was a bit tricky. But its ok, as at the entrance of the narrow street they have a big sign with the name of the hotel.
