They didn't intimate me about cost of food which is to be taken from there and the same is also excluded from booking price.

Hotel Room Space was value for money

Geyser in 1 of 3 rooms were not working after repeated intimation to Reception. Mattress sponge were of shockingly low density. Rodent came at night in 1 room. TV has no channels. To be viewed by connecting it with you tube in mobile (Wi Fi free)

Great staff.

The staff was really wonderful. They go out of their way to help and we managed to communicate fairly well enough.

Our windows did not close fully and there were a lot of mosquitoes

we booked 4 room on 24 . at the time of cleack in they said we have only 2 room left. the we went to another hotel. worst hotel in rajgir. bee careful when u book.

Very good

Pleasant stay with helpful staff

The staff was really helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to help the guests. It was noticed a few times during our stay.

The bathroom was a smelly and it seems that some constrcution work is ongoing.

The Manager was friendly though could help to a limited extent.

The hotel is yet to fix things: no bread available at breakfast! Open spaces for exhaust fans (yet to be fitted) in bathrooms allowed mosquitoes to enter. Housekeeping staff is untrained. You have to call for clean towel, tea bags etc. which should be placed as a rule. The hotel gets taxis at exorbitant rates for guests.

Overall Nice Stay

The rooms were clean and spacious. Location is good and greenary view from room window was great and soothing in morning. Hotel restaurant's food was also good.

No one on reception or nearby, early morning. So, there was no one to reach out to for getting any basic things like water etc. Someone should be reachable in such a situation. Another improvement is that they should install a mirror in the washroom as well.
