For the price and the convenience, along with the cool atmosphere, I was very happy to stay here

Good location - close to the station. Staff was very attentive. Hotel style was cool!

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Exceptional

We had an amazing time at Hotel She Osaka. The rooms were neat and well kept and they had an awesome collection of vinyls to listen to - both for in your room and in the lounge. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Kents, who went out of his way to help create an unforgettable experience sharing his recommendations and knowledge of hidden gems within the local area. We will definitely come back and stay next time we visit!

Great hotel with something special

Modern location with a great atmosphere. Vinyl player in your room, where you can borrow vinyls at the front desk. Very friendly people work here!

Little nitpicky, despite the modern look and feel, the room has a regular key instead of a keycard. Station is a good 10-15 minutes walk. So if its important to you that it's closer, keep this in mind.

Hotel She Osaka is a good value

Hotel staff was great, everything was clean and in good working order. Terrific assortment of amenities in the bathroom!

Rooms were tiny, but that is typical for Japan. The location is a little difficult. It's a 10-minute walk from the Osaka Loop line

A relaxing hotel with opportunites for being social.

A very comfortable hotel with attached cafe and a strong theme. Each hotel room had a record player and two records already set aside, with the ability to check more from a nice little collection at the front desk (I never did because I really enjoyed the records that were in my room). The employees I interacted with spoke English well, making interactions easy. Theres a kitchen to prepare food for yourself, and an inexpensive coin laundry.

I cannot emphasize how minor a dislike this is, but the room key was an actual key with a long metal key chain as opposed to a key card, and it was a little inconvenient to caret.

Wish I read more reviews before booking.

Staff was very nice. They did what they could for us with the resources they had and policies that were in place.

This is not a hotel for a couple. We ended our honeymoon in Osaka after traveling around Japan for the last few weeks. While it was budget friendly, it was small and uncomfortable. I was so relieved to find there were laundry facilities on every floor at this hotel. Sadly, my clothes were absolutely soaked and after 4 hours in the dryer, I ended up going home with wet clothes. They never even dried after trying to air dry them in our room. While they offer a breakfast at this location, it had no vegan or vegetarian options. To no fault of the staff, but a hotel trying to accommodate foreign tourists should consider adding variety. I ended up giving my husband half my food and nibbling on salad and a croissant. I wish I scrolled deeper into the reviews for this hotel because I'm finding the same problems we faced in these reviews with the laundry, room size, and uncomfortable accommodations.
