Very poor place to stay in

Almost nothing

The place is very poorly done up. Poor service. For small things like water they took 1 hour. No in house restaurant or dining facility. Food is got from nearby hotels. No self facility. And food is available only till 9 pm.

Superb

Customer service was terrific. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was not close to where we needed to be every day, but they helped us arrange the taxi for a fair price. Breakfast was amazing.

We asked for rooms with one full bed, but no rooms were available when we arrived, so my husband and I ended up sleeping in two twin beds. Although breakfast was very good, it was always the same, and we would like to try more variety of food.

Clean and courteous. Location is central.

Room service could be better. Toilet small for room size. Gets messy. No foot mat. No ceiling fan in room. Gets uncomfortable with AC only.

Superb

Thank you for your hard work and excellent hospitality.

Breakfast was tasty. Location was central. We appreciated the concern and help the Hotel staff was willing to give us. We had to extend our stay and the staff was very accommodating of our needs and requirements. Even offered services before closing time in the kitchens to make sure my son could have his milk before bed. They were all very friendly with my son and he enjoyed talking to them every day. Thank you for helping us load our luggage as we were leaving too. Namaskaram!

Same breakfast everyday. Some of the area around the hotel was little dusty. But that seems par of the course for the city itself so not specific to the hotel.

Worth a penny

Rooms are very spacious. Mattresses, WCs are clean. Its close to the city center and there are couple of good restaurants next to this hotel that saved my time. The hotel staff can speak English. If I have to recommend between Ibis (Accord hotels) and Seetharam, I would suggest Seetharam.

This is my first time staying in the hotels in India. I suggest it is good to have flip flops inside the rooms.
