Pool was closed for winter. I pointed out that when making the booking through Booking.com it only said that the hotel had a heated pool with no mention of seasonal closing. Apparently in other places (like on the hotel's actual website) I could have read that the pool closed at the end of October. That wasn't obvious on Booking.com. The other problem was the terrible smell of SEWAGE and DRAIN CLEANER right outside my door. Something seemed to have gone seriously wrong with the drains in the next room. The receptionist sent a handyman to check the problem but the stench remained for my whole three-day stay and permeated my room. Breakfast was nice. The room price was very good. Location was excellent.

Hotel seen better days, but still comfortable enough
Great location, easy walk from the station. Nice public lounge area. Decent breakfast included. Worth getting a room with a balcony.
There are some moisture issues with the room. Parts of the ceiling crumbled during our stay.

Our room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. The reception staff and restaurant (brekky) staff were welcoming and friendly. They made our stay memorable.
