Great location, unmatched service and hospitality.

The location was excellent, the room was lovely and the staff really went above and beyond in every way to make our stay excellent. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Residence Agnes to fellow travellers.

The property itself was lovely, and the location was spot on, but the aspect that made it extra special was the care and kindness of the staff. They could not do enough to help, and every time we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome and at home.

A great place from which to explore the city.

All the glowing reviews about Hotel Residence Agnes are 100% accurate. If you like a big, generic chain hotel, this may not be the place for you, but if you appreciate a unique, historic building and exceptional, friendly staff Hotel Agnes is a great find. Good location (quiet) and great breakfast every morning.

Since everything was so wonderful, Im going to include this one little complaint - the toilet paper is too thin to do the job without using lots!

Perfect staff, room, and location

Amazing staff with a welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The location cant be beaten. This was our second visit, and again we couldnt fault it.

Certainly had a great stay but may look for a different, more luxurious property next time in Prague.

Interesting hotel concept - service is stunningly helpful and personalized and the staff create a great atmosphere for guests. There is a real camaraderie among guests, making it feel a bit like a hostel even.

Property and rooms are a bit tired and, despite the tone of some of the reviews you read, it is most certainly not a 5 star experience - more 3/4 star. Contrary to many of the reviews, the breakfast buffet was decent but not at all exceptional.
