Just didnt like it Im not coming back.

For one the room was way too small. The fact that they didnt come in to change the sheets on my bed and I was there for three nights!!!!didnt like that at all. The food from the restaurant was terrible, I ordered over easy eggs and trust me they were not over easy at all. Anyway Im not coming back.

Absolutly magical, a memory we will never forget!!!!

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.

No one's fault, there were many little folks getting in and out of the pool, so the deck was very very wet and we had to be super careful not to fall. My husband did slip but caught himself. There is nothing that could be done about that, maybe some kind of not slip mat, or limit pool numbers. Certainly, not something that lessened the experience, but something to consider.

Its beautiful but lacks on maintenance Did not get a balcony room. I was below the level surface in front of my room looking at knees sitting above.

Its beautiful but lacks on maintenance: five out of eight lights in atrium were out. The gyms main exercise piece of equipment was out. With maintenance sign. Same for sauna, out for maintenance. Really no good reason. Think it was to save money. Did not get a balcony room. I was below the level surface in front of my room looking at knees sitting above.

I loved the room and the hotel has lots of entertainment it's also not so far by car to old quebec, parking was free and there is a mini market 8 minutes walk from the hotel. It was called in the alley

I wish there were specific times for adults only at the pool area because it's smaller than it looks like in the pictures and it could packed with 10 kids in the pool and spa Also I wish the sauna was working

Location!

Asked for some help from the team there but never got it(still waiting). Too noisy(might have been only for those days)! Didn't really feel welcomed!

Didnt have breakfast, location was great

In our room there was no way to turn off the fire place so it was annoying when trying to sleep the constant flickering. And also the sink in the bathroom was clogged.
