Good stay. Would return. Would recommend.

The location was very good for us. Train and Bus very close. The staff at the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping were excellent. We moved to a garden view as the balcony was too noisy. They accommodated our request for a fan Liked the coffee pot in the room and the small refrigerator. TV was OK - not much in English but not a problem. Breakfast was ok- lots of carbs. Not far to walk to the main square Tasso, but we had a main square with lots of shops right across from the hotel. The second floor outdoor patio is good for get-together with people- though our weather was cool. The hotel needs some renovation- ceiling in Breakfast area was leaking and some walls had mildew due to rain and damp, but nothing that really affected our stay. I would definitely return and would recommend.

This hotel is in a fantastic central spot in Sorrento and the entire experience was really lovely, fab room with balcony and the breakfast was lovely too. Couldn't ask for better, I will definitely be back, hopefully it will be available when I do.

The younger female at the desk was rude and disrespectful. The two male considered were nice but she was horrible and made us feel uncomfortable.

Perfect sorrento accommodation.

The location couldnt have been better! Its right on the Main Street that leads to all the restaurants and streets down to the marinas. Its is steps from the train station, which was so convenient. Staff were delightful and friendly. The property was sparkling clean, the room was bright and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location was excellent, in main tourist street, close to bus and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and area seemed safe. Loved sitting in the balcony in the evening.

Breakfast was ok. And noise from the overnight street cleaning , but that was not hotels fault.

wonderful stay

The hotel is very well located, close to everything you need. The receptionists are very kind and responsive. The bath is very comfortable and the room also.

The breakfast was not varied, but anyway we had breakfast every day.
