Superb

Good for short stay

Its location is a block from Kyoto Station. We only used it to rest a few hours before our train to Tokyo. For that purpose, it was fine.

Small rooms. Not great for a long stay

Great location by the station, not far from Toji Temple either. Clean rooms with all amenities expected. Staff were very nice.

The outlet in the wall was broken which is inconvenient, the fridge was very hot and noisy.

Recommended budget hotel. Great for solo travellers and ultra clean

The property is close to the station and a well equipped budget hotel

It was value for money at the half price rate I paid. Less so at full price.

Overall, met my expectations.

Location is really good, close to Kyoto Station, tons of shops and restaurants in the area. Not far from numerous sightseeing locations and Kamo-gawa.

Window had very poor thermal insulation. Can get really uncomfortable in cold or hot sunny weather.

A convenient place to stay when you need to easy access Kyoto Station.

Location is great. Near to Kyoto Station. With a number of convenience stores and a mall a few steps away.

The room is a little small. We requested for a second room card but it failed to open the door - further replacements for the card also did not work. Staff were generally helpful and prompt to respond so it must be some technical problem that needs sorting out. Other than that the stay was peaceful and nice.

Location is the best thing in this hotel, 5 minutes walk to Kyoto Station! Good staff. Clean room.

Very good

The location was ok, around 5-10 mins walk from Kyoto Station. The nearest convenience store is Family Mart but there are also Lawson and 7/11 in walking distance. The bed and pillow are Japanese standard which means small lol. There are free amenities in the lobby. Very easy to check out, just leave the keycard in the box.

The space in the room was tiny compared to the price. You can't open 2 large luggages at the same time. The staff can't speak English that well so we had lil problem asking about room cleaning but anw it was solved because they cleaned every day hahaha.

The location and room was very good condition.

The laundry machines are kind of outdated. 2 in 1 machine would be more convenient. Our check-in was also delayed and the hotel did not even offer compensation. We had to ask for late check out and it was approved, but on our check out day there was a staff who still tried to inform us that check out was 11am when we had 12pm late check out with no additional fee. Theres no communication within the hotel staff, and so because of this I might not consider staying again.
