Convenient location, but thin walls
We liked: -the location; it was on the main street, walking distance from all the attractions -the cleanliness; the room and facilities were very clean, although the duvet didn't have a cover (there was still a sheet underneath) -the staff; checking in and out was very easy. They texted us a password which worked on the main door and room door. They also answered within an hour when we sent a question.
We didn't like: -the sound isolation; we had a room in the basement with a common kitchen right outside our door. Unfortunately, we were kept up during an entire evening as we could hear everything going on. Our door would shake (as if someone was knocking on our door) at the slightest of movement outside. We were able to hear the exact conversations from the common room. Additionally, we could hear the footsteps of guests above us walking around their room quite clearly. We woke up in the middle of the night due to children in another room shrieking. -the bedding; the pillows and mattress were soft, leaving us with sore necks in the morning.

Did not expect to be in the basement.
Very nice size rooms within the suite.
Was disappointed that the "loft" suite was in the basement and musty upon entry. Also, the code received for this self-check in facility only worked on main entrance. It did not work for the suite. It took several attempts to contact the staff and receive multiple codes to enter the suite.

Could be amazing, if the room is the one in the photos
Good, clean, top location. Every basic is met.
I could have sworn that I booked an entirely different room than the one I stayed in. The problem is, with self checkin, I had no one to actually talk to and sort it out. I really needed a few hours a day to write, and the stuffy, cramped, lightless little room that I had to stay did not make that possible. I left feeling like I had really overpaid for my experience and would have much rather just paid more to stay in a proper hotel.

Quiet and convenient location: a short drive to all/most Quebec City points of interest.
Easy to check in and the staff was accessible during their posted hours. Frequent communication was a huge help.
I reserved a parking spot however the first night when arriving, other customers occupied the parking spaces who had not reserved them. Unfortunately, the staff weren't able to identify or contact the customers to move their cars the same night and instead could only recommend the closest parking lot, which wasn't a far walk.

Shower, bed and pillows questionable quality. Is not worth the price for a night, about 200 $/night

Great getaway to visit the X-Mas market
The location was great. It's in walking distance to the X-Mas market and the Old Town.
There was no door mat or something else to put your boots. It's winter in QC and having the snow melting in your room is not great.
