Very good

The hot tub pool area was beautiful. We were able to bring our dog who was traveling with us.

Air conditioning wasn't great. Very noisy. The spotlight shone right in our room window and it was disruptive to sleep even with the blinds closed.

Friendly and accommodating staff

The noise level in the rooms is disturbing, Especially if your room faces the highway. You hear constant traffic and worst heavy trucks passing by that will wake you up in the middle of the night.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

The front desk attendant was very nice.

I paid a lot for a room on the ground floor (I asked for a high floor) and the flood light was shining in through my window all night (even with the curtains). The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were loud people in the hallway. The pool area was closed. There was no restaurant. I slept only about 30-40 minutes because of the discomfort. It was one of the worst hotel stays Ive ever experienced. And it cost me more than the hotels in the Old Port! I would definitely not recommend it.

Fun,friendly and beautiful

Our stay was very comfortable and the kids loved the pool. Was nice to be able to go get breakfast. My only suggestion would be to improve how the eggs are kept hot. They were cold. But we ate them anyway lol. Thank you so much for the fun filled night
