Superb

Excellent staff and great location

Great breakfast, really great location in close proximity to train station, city centre, restauraunts. Staff were very helpful, especially with booking taxi to airport and recommending places to eat & see.

Shower pressure was a bit off and the bathroom was a bit cramped.

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice

The room was falling apart. There was a cigarette butt in the toilet, the toilet was almost coming off the ground, the curtains didnt fit the window and it was super noisy.

Location was near the local tram station

Toilets were leaking. There was no hot water on the first day. The room had no curtains. The repairer came at 11'o clock at night but then he realised that he didn't have the clips to hang the curtains so he left the room without curtains until next day.

Disappointing

Nightmare in Casablanca

Hotel location is great. Located in the heart of the City and very close to the transportation. Convenience to walk around and find something to eat and the convenience store is just across the street.

The room is just okay not so good but not too bad. Quite clean but there are lots of stains everywhere especially in the. The worst part is the shower box's floor doesn't have the layer to protect the water from coming out when you take a shower so it turns out that the part that's supposed to be dry all the time also get wet every time you take a shower. The fridge is terrible. It got the rust all over. The hotel price per night is good but again they don't supposed to use this kind of thing in the facility or even in the room. After I checked in on the first day I even have to call lobby and bring me to towels. Not a big deal actually but aren't they supposed to know what they have to do?

Not worth the money that we paid.

-great location, only 10min by foot to the bus station -room was warm and not so noisy as we thought it would be considering it was located on the busy side of the street -loads of food options for breakfast

-receptionist tried to charge us more -needed to ask twice for towels because there was none in the room, and when we got them they were still wet -couldnt close balcony door -mould and soap stains on the shower wall and on the wall near the toilet -broken lamp above the bed -toilet on the ground floor super dirty!!

Location is quite good. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Our room was located near the elevator, which made an awful loud noise and was used during the night. Hotel is not very clean, and although it looks OK on the photos, there are a lot of malfunctions.
