Very good

Would consider booking again should e be in the area.

This property was perfect for our needs, close to streets with lots of restaurants coffee shops, and shopping. We were able to walk to sights we wanted to see. The room was lovely. We really didnt spend a lot of time in room as we had only three days in beautiful Quebec City.

If we had been spending more time we would want to have had an extra chair.

Nice cozy hotel that I recommend

Convenient location, friendly staff and cozy room! Our flight was delayed and the hotel emailed us to arrange late check-in. Very clear and impressive! Highly recommended.

Great location in the old town of Quebec City.

Our room wasnt ready at 3pm liked stated but the staff sorted that quickly for us.

Off the beaten path yet accessible to many popular sites/activities.

The staff was both friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The shower was terrific.

Fine for a brief stay. Clean and comfortable. Well located.

Comfortable bed. Coffee in the room. Good shower.

Lighting in the room was quite dim. There were sort of strange spotlights on the headboard. Bathroom rather cramped.

Disappointing

Breakfast was not served, but the location of the hotel is close to the Via rail.

My colleague and I booked 2 rooms, 1 room each in this accommodation through Booking.com, and Booking.com expected CAD 625.37 for each of us for 2 nights. But we had to pay CAD 725.70 as the staff requested, we still don't know the reason why the accommodation cost has been added. And I don't like the location of the sink and toilet. There's no bottle of water to drink in the room.
