Very good

Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast and very accommodating and professional staff. Rooms were big with clean modern bathrooms. Good location aswell, only a short walk from Lakeside.

The breakfast could have been better.. Keeping buffet food hot and fresh is important. Offering a variety of food to cater for different nationalities is important too rather than simply serving vegetables and curry

Great Hotel, Great People

Amazing staff, very helpful and all very polite and well spoken. Food is also very tasty and good value for money. Very clean establishment always offering room cleaning also, just a short walk to main lakeside.

Very good

The Staff is amazing and helpful, the Breakfast was very nice =) Very central but not loud.

The room for "Presidential" could feel a little more classy - but the staff was nice and provided us chairs for the balcony. The room and balcony could use some extra tables and chairs all the time. Surrounding was not so nice to look at - but that's nothing the Hotel could do something about.

The property is one of the finest in the city . Absolute value for money , The manager Mr Purna went out of the way to upgrade to mountain facing room even given us complimentary breakfast , which was not a part of the original booking .
