Nice convenient place to stay

Nice hotel, walkable to Waikiki spots and beach. Friendly staff. Clean. Fresh coffee.

Parking was full so had to spend an hour sorting where to park. Booking said Id have a balcony, but I didnt get a room with one.

Best hotel ever

This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. The staff are super friendly and our room was ready way before the official check in time, which was a lifesaver after an overnight flight. The location of the hotel is very central, yet in a quiet area, close to the park and walking distance from the beach. The bed in our room was amazing and so comfortable. The pressure of the shower was absolutely brilliant. The day before our departure, the hotel invited us to a small social on the 18th floor with drinks and snacks provided. Finally, when we checked out and left our luggage, the staff offered us access to the pool and sauna facilities throughout the day. Excellent hotel and service!!! Thank you

Very poor

Not great.

They had a samurai movies channel on the TV.

The valet parking was annoying to have to do every time, the tub would flood, the room was not very clean, someone old pair of socks and trash were still in the room. It was loud af, from the outside and they started banging walls and moving furniture everyday at 8 am.
