Hotel Jaccarino is highly recommended for its fantastic views, helpful and friendly staff, and clean rooms. The hotel is in a lovely area with easy access to walking trails and a shuttle service to S (Read More)orrento. The pool and breakfast buffet are enjoyable, and there are nearby restaurants. The location is convenient for visiting Amalfi Coast attractions. Some guests found the hotel expensive and not much to do for kids, but overall, it was a wonderful experience with great views and service.

Perfect place to stay!!!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, quiet property. Close to Sorrento they have a private van that makes trips down and back. Breakfast was great.

Very good

We were looking for a quiet place to stay a little far from Sorrento and we arrived at a very special building with a large terrace and a large outdoor pool and above all an amazing view. The breakfast is very tasty and varied and the staff is kind and tries to answer every request. There is parking, which is important for those who rent a car. There is a shuttle that goes to the city several times a day and this is a great advantage to avoid entering Sorrento with a car and looking for parking. In total we had three very enjoyable days in this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel set above the town of Sorrento. Very warm welcome and free upgrade to room with a sea view. Fabulous terrace to lunch with stunning views of the bay. Lovely pool area with sunbeds ,umbrellas and towels. Free shuttle bus regularly to Sorrento. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice common areas; a ways from Sorrento; small, dated rooms

Beautiful, classic common areas; very welcoming and helpful staff; large breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to/from Sorrento. Beautiful view of the ocean; close to Piano di Sorrento town with many restaurant choices.

Room was very dated and small; not great value for the price. Room did not even have a waste basket; curtains were hard to maneuver in order to open a window for fresh air. The breakfast cook did not know how to cook two eggs over easy (I should have sent the plate back but I was too polite.)

A beautiful stay.

Beautiful views and staff were amazing. They offer a shuttle into Sorrento. Breakfast buffet was great.

Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived, but went away after having our door open awhile. Its not really a dislike, but the occupants were all elderly.

A gem hotel but badly maintained.

The location, the view from the room, the staff.

old hotel, old infrastructure, bad maintenance, the bathroom in the room was broken, the doors in the balcony full of dust. The food of the restaurant was really bad. The pool is full of laud kids, not really a place to relax for couples. Definitely not a 4 star but barely a 3 star hotel.
