No cleanliness and maintenance at all.caretaker and owner of hotel are irresponsible.there is no kitchen,and room service at the hotel.only one attendent is there who don't care for guests. Please don't go there

It was st good location.

Staff showed us bad foul smelling room, we ask for better he charged 400 rupees extra. Even water bottle cheged 30 rupees per bottle.

Disappointing

Book only if you have your private vehicle.

This property has a good view. That's it.

Everything, from service to cleanliness. They will charge you for every single thing, take extra money and fool you in every single step. And location is not great either, do NOT stay here if you are not travelling by your own car, as it is around 2-3km away from Mall road and if try to hire a cab they will charge you around 500-650 INR.

1. Very basic hotel rooms with no basic facilities like phone, no coffee maker. 2. Not very clean. 3. Not very well maintained. 4. If you are going single, it may be just ok. But not so great for families. 5. Staff were nice and helpful. 6. Location is pleasant.

1. Rooms were not very clean. 2. Basic toileteries were not present. We had to ask for them. 3. We saw some bugs in the rooms. 4. Too many dogs and they just stay and bark all night beside the room. 5. Too many people smokimg and drinking alcohol near the rooms make it not very family friendly.

Dedicated garden area and view is worth...and that swing is like cherry on the top of cake

Room was clean but somewhere around corners there were cobwebs, washroom too was not so clean. Moreover, when ordered, we were served with burnt food(tho replaced). In the morning breakfast came 2 hrs late...let alone the things we ordered were finished.
