Exceptional

Very comfortable hotel, very clean and spacious.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how big the room and bathroom was, and by the amount of wardrobe space provided. More than sufficient for two persons. Especially loved the little shared balcony, with a tiny view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was hearty and good value. Excellent location in Zermatt.

it's ok, not so bad.

great location, few minutes walk from main train station. room is also good.

Staff are not so friendly and helpful at all, maybe because we are Asians. These are the issue with most of the European hotels (except the big name hotels i.e. Marriott, IHG, Sofitel, Accor, etc), they are not so accommodating with Asian guests. Breakfast has little option with the amount of money we paid for, as we paid more than a rate of a 5-star hotel and we were only getting a 2-star treatment.

Overall was good, the view from our hotel was superb

We requested specific view for our stay but ended up they changed our room to another one. Additionally, we meet both of their male staff and their attitude were deficient

the reception was awesome. Thomas the front desk staff was very hospitable and engaging to ensure that our stay was great. The room was very much comfortable with all the amenities in house Loved the breakfast

Perfect location, perfect hotel, very nice and helpful front desk and staff during breakfast. I also want to mention the front desk during our day of checking out, we came late from the Summit, but they helped us checked out our stuff from the room. Highly appreciated.

Spacious rooms

Perfect location. Very close to the train station and right at the Zentrum with all the shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were super spacious and lovely. Everything was in order and clean.

The The worst hotel I have even been:(

The front desk staff was extremely sarcastic and harsh; I will never forget that attitude and the aggressive face. We went to the mountaintop in the morning, and due to strong winds and a wrong path, we came down a bit late. As a result, we were fined 100 Swiss francs for a late check-out of just 1.5 hours. We would have been okay with the fine if the hotel had informed us in advance about the penalty for late check-out. However, they imposed the fine on their own, even threatening that if we were half an hour late, we would have to pay 200 Swiss francs. Upon arrival at the hotel, they insisted on payment, stating that we couldn't access our room or retrieve our luggage without paying the fine. The entire behavior was very impolite, and the attitude was extremely rude. The hotel is located along the street, and staying on the second floor, there was some noise from the downstairs shops playing music. This experience gave me a very unpleasant travel experience, although the snowy scenery in the town and the service in other restaurants were very nice.
