Lovely Luzern hotel with great value breakfast!

A lovely hotel for a short stay in Luzern. We were always greeted by lovely staff and the daily breakfast was great with incredible variety. The location is nicely tucked away from main tourist areas if you have access to a car, but it isn't too far from the city centre.

Overall satisfactory

Great location-great view of surrounding mountains and only20 min bus ride from the central station. The bus was free and being punctual was definitely a bonus. Large and clean room. Comfortable with all necessary facilities. Friendly staff and great selection of breakfast. Its restaurant also offered excellent food.

Even better if theres English TV channel. The fridge did not cool very well.

Simple nice place to stay one night on our way south.

The breakfast was very tasty. The staff at breakfast was very nice. Only thing missing was some alternative to cow milk (no oat/almond milk).

The room was a bit small (they seemed larger in the photos). The breakfast was missing an alternative to cow milk.

Loved our stay and didnt want to leave . Will definitely go back

Breakfast was amazing . The staff were really friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect . There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which takes you to the centre of Lucerne. It was so easy . We also loved using the electric scooters they provided to be able to visit some of the beautiful areas around the lake nearby .
