Disappointing

Breakfast was okay, but the breakfast room was too small. The hotel needs renovation in so many areas including the heating system, the coffee maker, and the bathroom. It is convenient and well located, but that's about it- you could make it much better by doing some renovation work. The elevator was not working properly, cleaning was done after 2 days. Not enough lights in the living room. So cold in the living room as the heating system was not working, so disappointing. However I like the staff, whenever called for something, they will show up quickly and they were all very professional, friendly.

It was horrible, dirty, unsafe in many different ways, and left us exhausted and feeling disheartened as we set out in a

Literally there was nothing. I am so disappointed with our stay this time.

Well, the staff were horrible (aside from the security guard who assisted me to my room as it was about 1 am and there were trespassers in And around the building that they were trying to locate when we got there and the lady working the front desk overnight was also very kind). We were told that wed be able to request a late check out but this did not happen, then the staff lied to us and said it was because they were fully booked for the coming night, however when we called later to see if there was any availability for the night they had a bunch of rooms available (we called to see as we suspected there were actually rooms available because booking.com showed a bunch). When we got to our room, there wasnt any bedding or pillows for the pullout couch, we went to open the couch and there were drugs on the couch (white chunky shiny rock like substance), the room was filthy and smelly, we called the front desk and let them know and they suggested they come and remove the drugs and bring us sheets to make the bed we were going to let my 4 and 6 year old sleep on, so I declined that offer and asked for a new room, which I was given, but the new room was also quite filthy with food crumbs on the floor, dust bunnies and dirt all over, carpets were stained and so dirty that while wearing sock feet our socks turned brown. There were only 3 pillows in the room for all 4 of us, no face clothes, We went down for breakfast at 9:40am (was on until 10am) and were treated very poorly by the staff there when asking to have some of the food that theyd already packed up on their trolly to put away, they turned the juice machine off as I was standing there with cups for my children so I had to ask them to turn it back on.

It was a wonderful stay and brief visit to Montral! Merci beaucoup!

The breakfast was great, the staff were kind and the facilities were excellent.

Location was good

Breakfast was not great Sofa bed very uncomfortable Pillows need replacing - lumpy On arrival the sofa bed linen had not been changed from previous guests and there was not enough towels for the amount of people we had booked for ,staff member who delivered fresh linen was very rude to us - did not want to remove used linen Check in staff were not overly helpful either , as it was dark at check in I asked for recommendations for a restaurant- I received a vague wave - go that way
