Nice quiet trip

The location was really nice after a busy hectic day.

I did not like the layout of the room. It was very hard to get around the bed to the bathroom. Without hitting the wall. I was surprised at how much the hotel had gone down in standard since we last visited.

Beautiful room. Friendly staff.

The toilet and shower is right inside the room. Of course with a door separating them. It's like that in most of these hotels in Amsterdam in canal area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The esthetics, comfort and superb customer service was superb

The room location was exception. I enjoyed the view from the large bedroom windows and breakfast was delicious. I needed to make a conscious effort to stop eating

Nice staff, location - shame about the smell near our room and the lift areas

Good location and friendly staff.

The area near our room and near the lifts smelled very strongly of cannabis. The hotel had clear signs stating that smoking was not permitted but it seems that this was not strongly enforced.
