Good

The service was okay, the room good and breakfast superb

Lost AC the last 2 days and it was hot. Secondly there is a disconnect but the front desk billing office, the audit and accounts. They take time to reconcile among themselves to share correct bills on time.

I had best time in this hotel

To find the hotel is very easy and the staff were amazing very friendly and there very helpful

The smoking rules, they have place where you can smoke but its very complicated you have to come in and out from your room even tho you have bal on still you cant smoke in the balcony its very strange. But all in all is very nice place very clean and all staffs are amazing.

Breakfast was fresh and variety was satisfactory. Check in was great. Front desk staff were friendly.

Facility has a conspicuous musty odor. Even the room. AC unit barely cooled room down. I couldnt sleep because of the noise from the AC and what sounded like tumble dryers running.

The food and pool here were very good. But we couldn't sleep yesterday because of the smell of mold. And the floor was full of dust. So the child kept coughing hard. We paid a lot of money and had a very uncomfortable night. I found mold marks in my bed in the morning and I was so shocked and so disappointed. I came here with great expectations but I was just disappointed. This is the first hotel I don't want to recommend to anyone

Disappointing

High expectations that were not met at all.

The breakfast was ok in terms of taste but there were too many flies in the building and we constantly had to wand flies away.

Service/Staff: service could definitely be improved. The staff dont go out of their way to rectify air conditioning issues in the hotel rooms and some of the staff were very pushy when it came to hotel payment which was going to be done anyway. Really need some hospitality training . Smell: there was a mould smell in the hotel and lifts, very unpleasant. Cleanliness: I found several cockroaches in my room, despite the room being serviced daily. My room was also not properly cleaned one day.

Disappointing

View, space, hygiene, location and facilities

For a suite and that lovely creek view at that price. All was not worth it after having loud music playing all night upto 11pm down at the deck. It was a turn off really. No point booking a suite for noise. In a time where we're trying to be environment friendly and trying to save water. Even after running the taps for quite a while as suggested. There was no hot water in any of the bathrooms.

Amazing stay, great staff and good food

Looks better than in the picture. The staff, from frontline staff to security were friendly and helpful. The place is also secure and therefore provides peace of mind. The buffet was great.

Superb

Great Stay Overall

The rooms, the buffet breakfast and sea view were excellent.A really holidy or business place to stay. You need to consider adding commode flush in the room toilets for proper self cleaning. This is a necessity and very important.

Lack of commode in the toilets, Some smell emnating from the gutter near the lift may be due to stangnant water. Spare beds need to be strong in case the visiting members are more.
