NEVER STAY IN CRILLON

NEVER STAY HERE!! It is unacceptably bad property; dirty towels and rooms; we took suits and they gave room without light; unacceptably roof personnel; every time they forgot things when you ask consierge; general manager was not available two days when we requested him

The most accomodating and exquisite hotel in Paris

The hotel was exquisite and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were in our second home. The breakfast selection was amazing, the pastries were phenomenal!

We couldnt postpone/cancel our booking even though we had a personal emergency, but the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade our room

Spectacular and amazing time

To began with, the first night checking into the hotel was not the best experience I was expecting to receive. I arrived around 5:30 am and I mentioned to the security guard that Im waiting for the booking confirmation to come into my email, and if I could wait in the lobby. He said okay but couple of minutes later he came up to me and aske me to leave. He said he will get us a taxi and we need to leave the hotel because we cant wait in the lobby. That was the only downside, but later in my stay I had a wonderful experience with each staff, they are all very respectful and kind. Even on the last day of my stay the Front Office Manger Guillaume came up to me and apologized on behalf of his staff and gave me a gift as an apology which Im very thankful. The hotel is amazing, and I will definitely be coming back to de crillion. Thank you for the spectacular experience.
