Very good

It was a wonderful stay in Sorrento and I would highly suggest the hotel to others. I will be back!

The breakfast was really good and had so many great options. The location was beautiful. We didn't really have a view from our room, but the balcony was great. The staff was wonderful and so very helpful. Everyone was courteous and welcoming. The room was good and I loved that it was a full bathroom with a tub. The park and views out the front of the hotel were amazing. The hotel was close to everything but out of the main stream. The food was great!

The school located so close. It was very busy in the morning and afternoon, on the weekdays, and there were teens hanging out all over the place at those times. It wasn't a huge deal, they weren't overly rude or disruptive, but it was a little off putting. Best to avoid those times if possible.

It was the perfect place to stay on our honeymoon and our favorite place we stayed in Italy!

We did a three-leg trip for our honeymoon to Sorrento, Florence and Rome and this was our favorite place we stayed the entire trip! We splurged and upgraded to the junior, sea view trip and it was completely worth it. Every morning we sat on our balcony and drank our espresso from the espresso machine in the hotel room! It was great! The location is absolutely perfect. It is so easy to walk to everything but looks right out at the ocean, and we had fun going to the beach that the elevator leads down to, such a cool experience! The free breakfast was amazing! We went every morning of our stay and looked forward to it! Such a variety of food! Finally, the staff was extremely accommodating and even sent us on our way with a bottle of limoncello. We felt so taken care of. No other hotel compared!

We pretty much loved everything! The only thing I can even think of is we were disappointed when we went to use the pool and it was freezing. We also thought we saw a hot tub and when we went to get in, turns out it was a freezing salt tub. Thats being picky though, everything else was amazing!

Loved my stay and will definitely be back!

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location was exactly what I was looking for. Easy walk to so many shopping and eating options. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Views from rooftop bar were incredible.

Beautiful room with lovely view. During our almost 3 week Italy trip this hotel was the nicest. Breakfast was unbelievable, with more choices than we have ever seen for a breakfast included hotel. Waitstaff professional and impeccably dressed.

Wouldn't change a thing.
