Beautiful views, friendly staff

Views from balcony are breathtaking. Breakfast offered good choice and taste. Room cleaned every day. Staff helpful and friendly. Staff on hand to carry luggage up & down steep path to hotel.

Beautiful, but once in a lifetime

The breakfast was amazing with different varieties of sweet & savory dishes with different delightful drinks options The view was one of the views to die for . The survice of carrying luggage to the hotel from the port is a must .

The restaurant was OK quality, but not impressive.

Conca d'Oro lives up to its name - truly a golden experience

The views were amazing. Breakfast was on the patio overlooking the town and the Mediterranean, and in the afternoons we would enjoy the tranquility from our patio. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening and it was an excellent experience all around.

Great spot in positano to enjoy the city but not the crowds

Very nice hotel. Good location. Close enough to walk but far enough out of the crazy downtown crowds.

Staff started out a little cold but ultimately warmed up and became more helpful

An iconic and stylish place to stay.

Tucked up the hill and slightly more away from central Positano, this is a great place to relax and enjoy some stunning private views of Positano away from the crowds. We felt very well taken care of by all the staff and enjoyed a nice slow dinner at the on-site restaurant. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar area.

We noticed a lot of noise through the walls from our neighbouring suite. We could even hear the cleaners next door very clearly in the morning. I know it's an old hotel but this might be something to consider renovating.

Overall it was a disappointing experience. Luxury prices for location - poor accommodations.

The view from the restaurant is pretty incredible. Things were generally clean. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

For the price paid, it did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was subpar at best and staff were only okay.

Picturesque hideaway in Positano

The hotel was beautiful and had a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was also nice and staff were helpful.

It is quite a walk from the centre on town, so be prepared for a fair few stairs. Jacuzzi was also temporarily unheated during our stay. They couod possibly include a little more seeing as how expensive it is to book, possibly a transfer from the ferry port.

The rooms are tiny and accessing the property is challenging from the main road (long flight of stairs). On the upside, the location is central.

Good

the hotel was blaring music outside our room until 11.30pm when it quieted down a bit but it was impossible to sleep until it stopped. also, the hotel is up significant stairs. even if you have a taxi drop you off as close as possible, there are several stairs to walk up. after dripping with sweat carrying our luggage up the stairs, the staff then informed us that they have people to carry it up for us. - it would have been nice to know that before-hand.
