Superb

My stay was so enjoyable I am coming back next year for longer

Every aspect of my stay was superb. The ambiance ,the staff ,the comfort and food The Shuttle was very helpful,the driver excellent and receptionists were lovely and so efficient.

I found it a little noisey.Probebly due to the proximity of the main road and early the wall mounted t.v. in the next room.

Front desk staff is very welcoming as well as shuttle staff , theres a shuttle available to the centre every 30 min .

Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff are not friendly at all , they are focus on attending large groups, not single travelers or couples, gym facilities are poor, gym equipment need maintenance

Superb

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel.

Very clean, convenient shuttle, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had several choices but we preferred to eat at the many restaurants and coffee shops in the city center of Sorrento.

We dont have any complaints about our stay.

Excellent service and comfort.

Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Lovely roof decks to relax on. Staff was very friendly snd helpful. The breakfast was wonderful too. Definitely would stay again!

Great location, friendly staff however not very clean.

All the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location, close to town and restaurants.

The 'gym' facilities were extremely poor. There were only 4 pieces of equipment and unfortunately most of them were broken. My husband had to pay 60 euros for a 5 day pass at a local gym as he was unable to train at the hotel. Stating this hotel has gym facilities should be removed from the information. The hotel room was not very clean, despite daily housekeeping e.g. fresh towels and having the bed made, the floor was dirty and there were huge dust clusters under the bed. Also the outdoor lounge area was not kept clean, noted broken glass on the floor for several days.

Great place, staff, and walking distance to the beach.

It was within walking distance to everything. Perfect location. Place was clean. And food was great. Also gave good recommendations to other restaurants around that were fantastic. Beach was walking distance and gorgeous. Free shuttle to Sorrento. Was super helpful. Everyone that worked there was warm, helpful and very professional.

Nice property, good value for money

The beach is a fair hike down so having a pool to jump into at the end of a long day walking around was beneficial. Inclusion of breakfast was also good.

It is located a fair way out of the middle of Sorrento but they do provide a courtesy shuttle at specified times. Only down side is that you have to book your seat and they often get full so we ended up walking back from town a few times.
