The hotel management is Fraud. They call and collect 50% on their personal account so that when you reach, you don't have the option. The bathroom is leaking. The bathroom door doesn't close. The bathroom is very badly maintained. The bed is not proper. The location is very good, hence they take advantage of guests who stay. Very arrogant staff and the marketing person who called and asked for the advance. All in all a very bad experience.

It was a horrible experience we have never faced in my life

This place is very near Assi Ghat.

The hotel staff spl the sales person Mr Prasant behaviour was horrible. As per the ad they have a lift. But when we reached the hotel they said the lift was not working . We came with our parents aged between 68 to 78 and my wife was pregnant . And they gave 2nd floor. Without a lift we can't survive. We cancel our booking . And only stay 1 day instead of 3 days . And asked for a refund but they were not ready to give the return. Finally after many arguments they refund our money . They Forced us not to write feedback for this reason and they said ple write cancel our Trip. But we don't agree with that After cancel the booking we went the Vandena residency next to our hotel. The hotel was awesome. The hotel staff was not given water on time . Cleaning was very average. Also the Ashiyana Palace is not the correct name of the hotel. There original name Deepak Palace. Overall experience was very bad. Not value for money . Not recommended this
