Good

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The room was clean and good hot water.

The internet was not good to have Zoom meetings on my laptop. Also, there is no fridge to leave food or bought groceries in. Im talking about a shared fridge so we can access easily.

Rip off hotel in a bad area

Comfy clean room with modern facilities.

Was charged some ridiculous 52 peso commision for checking in even when i had proof of the full price on booking and staff were very unwavering and unhelpfull with this issue. The hotel is also completely in the middle of nowhere in a very sketchy area even in daylight and i would avoid going out of the hotel if at all avoidable.

They offer me early Chekin which is the best part of it and motel is newely build hence it is near and clean.

The location is not much pleasant.

Disappointing

Cheap, large modern rooms in a shopping area. Next to the metro.

Some very rude stuff, no receptionist, no service or any kind of help if you need any.

Cheap, nice comfortable rooms, modern and big. Metro 5mn away..

Unfortunately there isn't any reception service. Some stuff behind a shaded glass checks you in and only talks to you to tell you to leave the key. No one speaks any English. One was openly rude without reason and aggressively calls at 12h sharp on checkout. Another wasn't until she created an issue when I asked her help, the Tv connexion not working.
