Gorgeous

I mean how beautiful is this place. It is modern meets morrocan design. Lots of little sitting rooms and cosy corners. Our room was really comfortable and beautiful in every way including beautiful traditional bathroom. Delicious tea at arrival as per our experience in Moroccan riad of this quality. The location is a little awkward but not rare to find these hidden gems in the old medina. Right next to corner shops and restaurants and public hammam. Staff really helpful, smiling and asking if we needed anything. Breakfast around the pool was absolutely fantastic and very varied with moroccan pancakes, breads, freshed juice and yoghurt.

The only downside is that the massage received was not up to my expectation for this price tag. The spa area and hammam room looked really pretty though.

Need to update room facilities to be correct

Comfortable room, great breakfast.

Advertised with washing machine in room which is not the case, but was a major reason for choosing this riad. Laundry service was quite expensive. Was quite loud in the morning and at night as room was looking towards the front door.

Large riad with many amenities, service and location less impressive

The facility is quite large, with a beautiful rooftop. There a different sections of the riad to explore, and the pool area is beautiful and the perfect way to cool down after a hot day. The staff helped me change my booking upon arrival.

The hotel itself is a bit complicated to get to, and there's very little light in the evening. On both evenings of our stay, people were determined to give us directions in exchange for money, which can be common in certain areas. We were left to our own devices, which can be relaxing until we noticed how carefully the staff attended a group of travelers that arrived the afternoon after us. We were asked to move from the roof so that the group could eat in our place, because the original setup provided by the hotel was not satisfactory to them. During the breakfast hour, we would wait for utensils or tea for over half an hour while the large group were waited upon. Our room's bed was two twin bed pushed together which caused a divot in the middle. The noise from the courtyard will travel directly into your room, especially on the first floor.

We were situated in the ground area, near reception and some guests were noisy and during breakfast we heard them loud eating and chatting. But the staff offered is to transfer to other room which is considerate. The blanket a bit rough on my skin.

Simply stunning, what a lovely break from the norm

This was the first Riad my boyfriend and I stayed in and we absolutely loved it. We were just in complete awe as we explored it after check in. Rami the host is so kind - he poured us mint tea on arrival and sat down and pointed out all the key spots on a map for us to visit. He even helped book a restaurant for us on our first night and sorted out a last minute quad biking trip! Cant say enough good things about this Riad and youre never 15-20 mins away from anything!

The room could have had more light in the bathroom as I did struggle to do my make up every day. Breakfast was nice but more choice wouldve been great e.g. local pastries and fresh fruit.

Charming

I really enjoyed the riad, the room was over the top and the swimming pool so beautiful, It was so relaxing to get back and escape th chaos of the Medina. The staff is great!
