Generally I am satisfied with the stay.

The exhaust fan in bathroom seems to be broken and is very loud. Other than that, I wish there could be more variety in breakfast.

Disappointing

It was okay, needed to be a little cleaner

In a good area

When we arrived the system was down so we had to wait which wasnt too big of a deal but when we got up to the room I noticed the toilet was dirty it hadnt been cleaned.

The back side of the parking lot is small. I found parking hard later in the evening.

Exceptional staff, beautiful room! Thank you!!

Drew answered my phone calls to confirm my reservation & remembered me when I checked in. He provided courteous, gracious service, even though I had spinach in my teeth (didn't realize that til I got to my room. ugh) I also want to affirm & appreciate the signage regarding anti-human trafficking. Thank you so much for taking a stand against these horrible acts. Also, the security guard was courteous & helped out with my random requests as well.

My room was a little tricky to find...maybe an extra sign indicating location of the rooms on the backside of the building (room 103)

Staff was mostly nice and accommodating. The rooms are specious with a kitchen. Nice American breakfast with all the classics

The sofa bed was not that comfortable. We were surprised to find out that room are being cleaned every two days. Too bad that it was not mentioned when we checked in. The price is too high for this kind of service.

No in-room safe. On Trimble Rd. - noisy (cars, light rail, airport runway above). We had to sleep with ear plugs The room is very dark even with all lights on. Rooms are a lot more dated than in the pictures

The property is in need of some TLC. The pool and hot tub were pretty run down. The room had an overwhelming bleach odor and was very dark.

Very good

Always a hotel to consider for our stays in the area.

We came to this hotel as a sudden change from another hotel which was way below expectations. Glad there was room for us so last minute. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly.

We tried a different hotel due to the pricing. We used to stay at this hotel for 50% of the current prices and we were surprised by how high the room prices have increased even during the off-peak season.
