This was a perfect experience. I work in hospitality myself and have a pretty keen eye, this place kicked butt. Friendly staff, absolutely perfect clean, great amenities.

Great vibes and staff!

Breakfast everyday! Couldve been more of a variety but good otherwise!

My stay was great there was nothing I disliked really just a couple mishaps that staff took care of immediately! The young lady thats a cutie with the glasses (I feel bad I cant remember her name and Brian were great! Entire staff made the trip very welcoming

A great location but, the motion sensor thermostat resulted in 5 nights of poor sleep.

Breakfast was average, sometimes different choices, different mornings. Biscuits and gravy one morning. None the next.

In spite of asking for a room away from the elevators on our reservation AND a check in, we were given a room next to the elevators. When asking Chis at the front desk for a room down the hall away from the elevators, he said Ive got a great room for you, half way down the hallway. The elevators shaft is in the middle of the building HALFWAY DOWN THE HALLWAY. Occupancy at check in appeared to be quite low on 8 December 2023. The air conditioner was constantly noisy when the fan was not on. The motion sensor thermostat control is absolutely unacceptable. Interrupting sleep to reengage the air conditioning because there is no motion does not provide any level of comfort to your customers. Using those type thermostats does not have your customers comfort and best interests in mind. Because of this, we wont be using this hotel again. Housekeeping was inconsistent. When we first entered the room, the tv had been cleaned with a dirty rag, showing large swipe marks. Those marks remained for our five day stay.
