It was clean, modern, and conveniently located for walking around. The breakfast had a decent variety of options. There was some noise from the road outside, but it didn't matter when the AC was on. I like hotel / room .

{ You } told me I was to get a king room / a king room when the hotel had no king room for the dates 20-21 oct . When I called you about this situation 2 times about on king room . Your customer service Hong up on me midway in the conversation both times . This not a good way to do business and expect me to use your site in the future .

Great staff and Gree

I like the check in staff. Although it was hard for them to find my reservation, they were kind and professional.

The roll in baby bed was broken. My baby fell through the bottom of it. Thank God I was not asleep yet when it happened. Ther drink cooler was not working and the rooms could have used some extra up keep. There were scratches on walls and the walls were dirty.

Property great. Booking got reservation screwed up. We were notified at 8 am Saturday that we were being kicked out. We had to get another room in another town .

My favorite part about our stay at the hotel was service we received from Mah/Mahogany from the moment that we arrived. She was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. She even educated me about the IHG membership and helped me sign up.
