The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in downtown Lincoln is a nice, modern hotel with good views and a short walk to eateries and bars. It has spacious and comfortable rooms, but some guests experienced (Read More)excessive road noise. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean. Valet parking is available for a fee, and there are limited food and drink options on-site. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and would consider returning.

We've stayed here twice and would stay again.

Basically all we had time to do was check in about 9 pm and check out about 7.30 am because we were attending graduation ceremony. But we have stayed here before and like the location. You can walk to any University of Nebraska event from here. Large room and bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. About half the price in December as for a football game weekend.

If your room faces "O" street it is very noisy. Ask for room facing 10th, not as noisy

Overall we recommend this property. Very nice hotel and staff.

The property is modern and very comfortable. Its a newer hotel and very bright and clean. The complementary breakfast is very nice.

Parking. But, parking anywhere in Haymarket is challenging. They have valet which is very nice. The freeway noise can be bothersome too.

Selection was good. Our granddaughter spilled her milk while we were eating and the lady running the breakfast area could not have been nicer despite having a large mess to clean up!
