Convenient location. The only thing historic about this hotel is the facade.

Breakfast was great! Central location to the city.

Some staff were not helpful. Lack of vegetarian options for meals. Room not very clean - long black hair everywhere, including in the bed. Lack of amenity in the room. Minimal quantity served with a glass of wine - 4 mouthfuls for $180 pesos is left to be desired.

Wonderful apartment, clean and comfortable. Would like to come back

The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities you might need. It is well located within walking distance to museums, historical sites and museums.

It would have been nice to have more indications on how safe the area is to walk in the evenings. It was a bit lonely.

Cant wait to come back!

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the 24/7 cafe was a treat. I also really enjoyed the communal areas on each floor. The location is excellent, being close to museums and restaurants and other points of interest and I appreciated being in a side street.

I wish our room had a window to open for fresh air. Also, the bathroom floor would get wet because the shower door is too close to the floor and the bath mat doesnt fit under the shower door. Otherwise all was perfect!

A little ray of sunshine in the middle of Ciudad de Mxico

We arrived at 2am to the hotel and were received with a warm welcome and even offered snacks and refreshments. The room was spacious, and they even left a welcoming note (very cute). The entire staff is excepcional, you feel cared for every day. Would definitely stay again. Also, you're a few blocks away from the main plaza and important places of Ciudad de Mxico so you can walk. If you have a car, the valets are also excellent.

Great hotel in a great location.

We had a room with two double beds which was perfect. The staff are great and the cafe to order sandwiches really is free and a great bonus to the hotel. Breakfast is made to order and tasty. The location is great for Centro and the complimentary walking tour was brilliant.

WiFi was a little patchy. Sometimes difficult to get an Uber but mainly due to road closures around Christmas it seems.

Outstanding service from beginning to end

This was my second time staying at the hotel and was able to bring my partner this time around . I had expressed how much I enjoyed the stay my first time and was so happy when he was able to experience the amazing service from the momment we walked in to the time we checked out. It was our first trip together and it truly was fantastic thanks to the hotel and its amazing staff . We will definitely be coming back and recommending this property to friends and family.. the best part was the beauty of the hotel and the safety it provided . Thank you so much
