No supportive team. I drive +250 km on that day and need the rest at that time. But there was so much noise till 3AM. And I texted the guy who confirmed the booking but from his side no response even though he saw the texts also. If there is the option to mention the chat snapshot, i will attach also .Really I saw these things for the first time in my life. I recommend to all please don't trust their service. They even provided the wrong hotel, which I booked was different, The hotel name Cloud Berry something. They are just fooling the people and nothing else. And the door of the washroom was not closing completely, due to which there was a foul smell.
