Very good

Not a typical Hotel, no assistance. Your on your own.

The room and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice restaurant in the lobby area for nice bite to eat.

Disappointing that there was no valet or porters. My husband is in a wheelchair and that means at 77 I have to handle all of the luggage with no help. I spent more for the hotel expecting that help would be there.

All in all very nice!

Staff was super! Great location and beds were so comfey!

We were not aware that housekeeping services were only on request. The coffee maker was for 2 cups side by side but only worked on one side so it overflowed.

Disappointing

don't stay on a high floor, landlord special finishings.

Nice enough staff. Breakfast was ok I cant complain about it everything you need. not a bad location.

I had to take two different elevators to get to my room on opposite ends of the building. They wouldn't deliver bottles of waters witch meant traveling across the building. the finishing at the hotel looks like a landlord special.
